Reflection: 'Clash of the Titans'

It is the kind that had to do, if only for the nostalgia of the 81 . And for another reason: my good friend Abner Marin, 3D artist, which I appreciate greatly, and with which you can always tell, was in the computer animation of the film. I waited to see your name in such letter, you know.

I went to see the 2D version, and that was himself, Abner, who warned me not to see her in 3D. He told me a couple of days, when he congratulated him on his birthday and he was not without reason: this film was not conceived for the three-dimensionality, which is false, and ultimately, poor.

Clash of the Titans does not hold water, and no fault or the 3D or animation, but a script much less epic than the benchmark, sometimes unintentionally funny, and actors who have gone through box, but that does not leave footprint. It would have been better to spend all that money on giving three dimensions to the former, if only to see Ursula Andress off the screen.

Sam Worthington makes mad: frowning, staring at the floor, muttering vengeance, and laughs at once, which surprised a lot, but then gets mad, and it is as if nothing had happened. Liam Neeson in the role of Zeus, takes on a striking resemblance to Charlton Heston in The Ten Commandments as the film progresses, and Ralph Fiennes in the role of brother Hades, just laugh, because of a horrible makeup, and I feel be so hard, because I keep a respect Ralph from The English Patient .

The best of the film certainly has been to see Abner in points at the end and remember that since I made my first documentary, Stone by stone , I worked with this guy, who now lives in London and works in the most important productions the planet. How I met him, by a quirk of fate, thanks to Pablo Olivares, Oli, again, deserves a separate entry.

However, despite the warnings, if you still decide to go see it, please do not forget: it is in glorious 2D.
