A kind of challenge

'So, would you tell the world that aliens are sending us signals, but gave up saying where?
'Exactly.
'I will kill you. We get caught and tortured to get information.
'But what is the alternative? Imagine going to the United Nations ... they are so "expert" to find harmonious solutions to world problems. Well of course it would be a disaster. And what are the agencies that can truly represent mankind? Not attend the Catholic Church, right? Neither the U.S. Army ...
'Of course, but the world will finally discover the coordinates and finally start sending your own material ...
Yes. So one of the first things we should try to say is that there is a unitary government of this planet. We are a great place of freedom, almost an anarchy ... While saying that if only the aliens have in common mathematics is a kind of challenge.

Undoubtedly, there is a play between fiction and reality manipulation of information regarding the subject alien, controlled by a body or institution of a country.
