Yesterday I attended the premiere of Daniel Sánchez Arévalo Cousins, a premiere in style, three rooms, those of Kinepolis, neither more nor less. They were all there: the whole team, the crème de la crème of film homeland, the minister and the great Pepe Leisure. You do not see every day.
It was also great to rediscover some of my colleagues in the now, thank God, extinct, Ana, 7. That was my first job in the big city. I entered as meritorious, to lead and bring home players. When you are worthy, everyone is your boss. I was lucky that my boss was supreme Yubero Alicia, production director of that series and movie Cousins. I am always happy to see Alice, for me has always been a role model. From here I send a big kiss. I'll call you next week.
I also saw in the credits to other known as Nacho Lozano and Nerea Orce, my old bosses, and who continue to cane, making good, good movie.
And is that Cousins is one of those romantic comedies refreshing, simple and friendly as you have not so generously through the rooms. Foresee a good record at the box office. Like, because the actors are fantastic, because the film does not decay and because the taste that suggest it invites left after the movie.
Quim Guitérrez, Raúl Arévalo and Adrian Lastra are fantastic, you might at some point excessive but forgivable. Another wonderful side support, child included. Indeed, bright child, Mark Ruiz. And bright Clara Lake.
Special mention for photography: Juan Carlos Gomez. Bravo. What blues and greens.
The plot. Groom at the altar, Quim, finds solace in their prime: a testosteronic, Raul, and one hypochondriac, Adrian. Plan: back to the resort town teenager, to be exact quotes, in full party to the bride at that time. The rest has to be seen.
