Last week I made an impromptu and brief trip to France to attend the wedding of my friend Pierre with the beautiful Isabelle Kiwitt Pollet-Villard, dancer and friend as well.
The event took place in the Champagne, in the small town of Anneville-la-Prairie, a village of only a few dozen people, an idyllic setting for a link that I could not miss, for all that binds me to Pierre, who I have known eight years ago than I can boast one of the finest people I've known: generous, determined, funny, honest and loyal.

Pierre has gone through hard times in recent years and this was a day to banish them and start a new life with which he is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful women I ever met.
It was in Madrid last year, she came to this city on tour with the ballet in the city of Munich to work in the summers of the Villa. It was great to see her perform under the night sky in my town, that summer night, the first time I finished a ballet without feeling like an idiot for not understanding anything about what he saw.

The wedding was attended by personalities from the world of film and television throughout Europe, but certainly what I wanted to see was a Audret Coralie, Xavier Lafitte partner, with whom he spent a few days earlier in Madrid, coinciding with filming Red Eagle. I love Coralie, reminds me of Sophia Loren, I know, has something special aura surrounding one of those who say, an aura that makes you look and look and I can not take your eye off. In addition Coralie is intelligent, bold and talk to her, a real pleasure. Soon release work in Paris and I can not miss it. I already talk about it when I have more details.
Coralie Xavier and I traveled from Paris to the Champagne, on a trip-rally on the roads of the French countryside, struggling to make it to the ceremony, largely due to our delay Movistar later saw fit to give me phone service in France about 8 hours. Groping phones begging strangers, I could locate Xavier and Coralie in Paris and stay with them to start our trip to the north of the country. Finally, to our astonishment, we arrived on time, although we had, yes, they change clothes hidden behind the car, a few meters from the church. It was worth it.

The ceremony was lovely, brief and adorable, as should be the ceremonies. He was entertained by the charming chorus of housewives of the people, who shared with us his most exquisite selection of romantic and religious issues, and conducted by a friendly priest who, surprisingly, you will understand everything, even though my French is very rudimentary.

Finally, we spent the rest of the day, between glasses of champagne and several delicacies in the lodge's grandmother Pierre, an incomparable setting for a day like this. Do not forget, no doubt, and from here I wish them well, they deserve it, really deserve it. See you soon, guys.
A hug.
-Roque.
PS: by the way, the phone booths are in imminent danger of extinction. We should do something.
